The Process
CONSULTATION
Meet our Builder and discuss your future home. We call this the dream phase where we will work with you to understand your idea and how we can help make it work with your budget. It is a collaborative process to bring your vision to life.
LAND
Discuss options of building on your own land or we can find a lot for you. We are a licensed Real Estate Brokerage in the State of Texas and are in the business of procuring land.
DESIGN
CUSTOM BUDGETS
Sketch Design or Draw. Our design team will make preliminary plans based on your particular needs. Finalize all aspects of the project from a design perspective
CUSTOM BUDGETS
CUSTOM BUDGETS
Once we have a complete set of plans we can prepare a line item budget with allowance packages which will allow us to finalize the price.
SELECTIONS
Finalize contract and start with your interior design selections and upgrades.
CONSTRUCTION
Your project is ready to be built. Our project managers work daily to ensure everything moves smoothly. Throughout the construction phase, you will be kept involved with consistent communication and progress updates.
